Booking is easy — and low-stakes
Book ahead for a full groom; nail trims are walk-in any time we’re open. There’s no deposit to pay. If plans change, we just ask for 24 hours’ notice — and there’s no charge if you need to cancel. We’re flexible.

There’s free parking directly outside the salon at 7/22 Burnett Street — no circling the block with an excited dog in the back seat.
On lead, please
Please bring your dog on lead. It keeps arrivals calm for every dog in the salon — especially the nervous ones.
Tell us about the worries
If your dog is anxious or reactive, let us know ahead of time. We’ll plan the whole visit around it — that’s exactly what fear-free grooming is for.
The retail shelf.
We keep a small, carefully chosen range of shampoos and treats in the salon — the kind of things we actually use and rate. Pick them up when you collect your freshly groomed dog. Pickup from the salon only, and all prices include GST.
