I’m Bianca Ferraro. I trained as a vet nurse before moving into grooming full time, and it changed how I work — every dog gets read for stress before anything else happens.
That’s not a nice-to-have around here; it’s the whole method. We are Fear Free certified, which slows the entire process down on purpose. No conveyor belt, no rushing a nervous dog through the tub to keep a schedule. And because your dog gets the same groomer every single visit, the face, the hands and the voice on the other end of the lead are always ones they already know.

Formal training in companion animal care — layered on top of years working as a vet nurse, where reading an animal before touching it becomes second nature.

1. We read the dog first
Before the water runs or a clipper hums, we watch, we listen, and we let your dog tell us how they’re feeling. Every visit starts there — every single time.
2. The dog sets the pace
Fear Free certification means the process slows down whenever your dog needs it to. An appointment runs 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the service and the dog — because the dog decides, not the clock.
3. Same face, next time
Your dog gets the same groomer every visit. By the second or third appointment, they’re not going to “the groomer” — they’re going to see someone they know.
